1. How can I pay for my purchases?
You can choose between various payment methods:

2. I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?
Check your e-mail to see whether we have sent you an e-mail informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will refund you the corresponding amount for this item and the delivery expenses via the same payment used for the purchase.
Remember that your purchase may have included various deliveries which will be received on different dates. Check your purchase confirmation e-mail to see if it applies.
If you have not received any e-mail and your purchase did not have various deliveries, please contact our customer representatives via support@kadriyebasturk.com or WhatsApp at +90543 119 3234 and will we reply to you as soon as possible.
3. I have a promotional or discount code. How do I use it for an online purchase?
When you arrive at the order summary, type your discount code in the check-out section and you can control if the code is applied to the total amount.
click on 'Promotion code' and enter your voucher.
4. Who is liable for the Return Charges?
All shipment and customs charges incurred in the returns sent from abroad belong to the customers. These charges will also be deducted from the refund amount if the shipment and customs charges are paid by our side.
5. Is my payment Data secure?
Kadriyebasturk.com has no access to your credit card information. We work with the world's leading payment providers, and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).
Kadriye Baştürk has no access to your credit card or other payment information.
6. What are the shipping types and charges?
We offer 2 tyes of shipping options:

- Express shipping

7. When I cancel my order, will the cargo fees be refunded as well?
If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be made. However, if the order is cancelled after shipment, only the value of product[s] will be refunded.
