2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Note: Face masks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to health and hygiene regulations.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@kadriyebasturk.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for all return-related costs, including shipping, customs fees, and any additional charges. These will be deducted from your refund once your return is received and inspected.
