• Tags must be attached, and items must be returned in original packaging

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

🚫 For hygiene reasons, face masks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• All return-related costs — including shipping, customs fees, and handling charges — are the responsibility of the customer
